Excellent customer service and a smooth rental process. The vehicle was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our trip. It was very convenient for completing all our errands and touring the island comfortably. Delivery was on time, even though the request for the vehicle was made on the same day, which we truly appreciated. No complaints at all!

Car rental with Eve was such a great experience. Pick up and drop off right outside George FL airport. She was really attentive and helpful with the car and it performed perfectly on the twisty and rough surfaced roads of St Lucia!

My husband and I spent 23 days in St. Lucia. In preparation for our trip, I contacted several rental car companies. Eve responded to my request immediately. She worked with me to determine what vehicle would best meet our needs. Eve made the process very simple with outstanding communication and service. She provided us with a quote, kept in contact leading up to our travel, met us at the airport with our car, checked in with us during our trip, and met us again upon our return to the airport. The car was perfect as we drove the entire west side of the island. We didn’t have a single issue with the car in our 23 days. On a return trip to St. Lucia, we wouldn’t rent from anybody but Eve’s Car Rental Service! I wish everywhere we travelled had an Eve :)

Eve was great with the rental experience! This is my second time renting with her and she is once again very accommodating. I rented the car for 10 days and there were no problems and no issues. Eve is very great with communicating and keeping me informed. The overall experience was 10/10.
